Oysters from Gouville are served all day, sole from Ouistreham or pizza with a topping of small scallops served at lunchtime and in the evening from Easter to the end of September and lunchtime only for the rest of the year. Traditional brasserie dishes are also served, such as steak, andouillette and muscles.
Scallops are the main fishing catch in Ouistreham from October to May and sole during the summer months.
